Push yourself and advance your fitness and boxing technique with Personal Training sessions! Like many Sweat Box Fitness clients, you can utilise Sarah’s PT sessions to complement your existing workouts or gym routines.
PT sessions are $60 for 45 minutes, based at Sweat Box Fitness in Altona Meadows.
Each session can be an individual 1:1 or a 2-3:1 group session. Sarah will happily discuss with you which session it most appropriate for your current fitness level and goals.
Once you’ve had your initial 1:1 session with Sarah, why not get a group of friends or family together to make the 3:1 group sessions just that little bit more fun (and competitive)!
Sarah is a qualified Personal Trainer and Remedial Massage Therapist. As a result, Sarah has a wealth of knowledge about injury prevention, rehabilitation, strength and conditioning and nutrition.
